Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free shipping on orders $50 and up. All other orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are by UPS ground (Adult Signature Required).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

We do NOT ship to these addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Stokers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Stokers.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if there are manufacturing defects or damages caused by the delivery service. We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used.
