Sweet Chili-Glazed Chicken Wings
Serves 8 to 10
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 pounds of chicken wings
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
Instructions:
Combine olive oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and mix well. Add the chicken wings and coat
well. Refrigerate and marinate in this mixture for at least 2 hours, at most overnight. Drain.
Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Combine vinegar, water, brown sugar, and chili garlic sauce in a small saucepan. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring continuously. Pour sauce over wings and serve immediately.
